court order?

by Kirstin / Posted 05/04/2009 / Updated 03/08/2009

I have been through the Royal Courts of Justice to get a decision on the abduction of my 2 boys. He claimed that he was thinking of the children when he done it, however he refused to have supervised contact, prefering none at all and the courts ruled against him. After 2 years he turned up outside my house, shouting from the car..until I rang my doorbell for my husband to answer. (The boys´ father thought I was alone at home, so decided to do a u-turn down our one way road and exit when he realised that the boys and I were not alone. The court case has been close and I now have no lawyer to ring. What to do? If I called the police would I be wasting their time? My 11 year old will be going to secondary school and he wants to travel alone, but how can I let him out of my sight without paniking him?

Why did you force him to see his kids in a cage, you would not like it
