Ensuring Children are returned for Marriage

by Len W / Posted 16/06/2010 / Updated 18/06/2010

My Ex wife is wanting to move to Australia. As much as it pains me I have verbally agreed to it. I am due to get married next year and want to ensure that the children are able to return for this. I know I am at her mercy in this fact but want to try and make sure that she puts them on a plane to arrive in time.

We have sorted out dates so they will only miss a couple of days of school and have 2 weeks with us before flying back.

The children will be 15 and 12 when flying back and at the moment they both want to come. Obviously I would not force them back if they didn´t want to.

Has anyone else been in this situation and if so how did you resolve it.
