My husband and I (we are all dual UK and Aus citizens) have always planned to return back to Aus with our kids to be with our families. We moved in September 2011 but my husband was going to go back and forward to the UK for work. In Nov I discovered he was having an affair, we decided to remain permanently in Aus as a family. In January I discovered he had continued his affair and he moved out of the home. 3 weeks later he went backto the UK for work and has not returned. He has now bought a Hague Convention application against me to return our 3 children to the UK. I have been left runningour business here, he has moved in with his new girlfriend and he has paid no child support. I am paying thousands in legal costs to try and fight to remain here but from what I have heard, I dont stand much of a chance. Does anyone have any advice? I have considered returning to the Uk to fight for a LTR but have no idea how long that would take and I know my husband will make it very difficult for us. Our children are only young 7,4 and 2 and all of our families are in Aus. Please help!!
