case law - risk of abduction, prevention

by Worried / Posted 15/02/2014 / Updated 18/02/2014

Please, is anybody aware of any international abduction cases where risk of abduction is considered in granting injunctions and contact BEFORE the abduction actually takes place. What sceleton argument can be used, what is the procedure, challenges? Any examples of cases that I come accross relate to situation where child has been abducted already and needs to be recoved. My ex is Iranian, so obviously I cannot allow this kind of ´evidence´ to happen. Any help and advice will be appreciated. L
