Chair of reunite wins IKWRO True Honour Award 2011

We are delighted to announce that reunite´s Chair, Anne-Marie Hutchinson, was awarded one of the first True Honour Awards by the Iran and Kurdish Women´s Rights Organisation

Since 1997 Anne-Marie has championed the rights of victims of ´honour´ based violence and forced marriage and has repatriated over 50 forced marriage victims back to the UK and has prevented the removal of many more.

This award reflects Anne-Marie´s outstanding contribution to the fight against ´honour´ based violence and her dedication to the protection of human rights.
