reunite to intervene in an appeal case in the Supreme Court

reunite is intervening in the forthcoming appeal, in the matter of S, which is before the Supreme Court next week.

This appeal raise issues of public importance in relation to Article 13(b) of the 1980 Hague Convention. We believe we are in an almost unique position to provide assistance to the Supreme Court in this appeal, given that we provided both written and oral submissions to the Supreme Court in the matter of re E, the reasoning of which is directly engaged in this appeal.

We will provide an update following the appeal hearing.

We extend our thanks to our legal representatives Dawson Cornwell Solicitors, and our counsel Henry Setright QC, 4 PB, and Edward Devereux, Harcourt Chambers, for representing reunite on a pro bono basis.
