We offer the only UK based telephone advice line specialising in international parental child abduction and the movement of children across international borders.

The advice line is here to offer you advice, information and support concerning all issues related to international parental child abduction, prevention of abduction, international contact issues, and cases of permission to remove a child from the jurisdiction.  We offer impartial advice to parents, guardians, and family members, and can help you whether you are a parent whose child has been abducted, a parent who is defending a charge of child abduction, you fear parental abduction, or you are concerned about your children maintaining contact with both parents and extended family across international borders

Every call to the advice line is treated with the utmost confidentiality, and we do not pass judgement on the actions or circumstances of individuals.  We appreciate that every case is different and unique, and therefore tailor our advice to your individual circumstances.

You can contact us Monday to Friday, between 9.30am and 5.00pm.  If you have an emergency situation outside of these times call the advice line and you will be directed to our 24hr emergency service.
