Whenever there are concerns relating to your children it can be difficult to know what to do or who to talk with. This becomes all the more difficult when there are different countries involved and there is the possibility of court proceedings.

Our advice line offers practical, impartial advice, information and support to parents, family members and guardians who are involved in cases of international parental child abduction.  This includes those who have had their child abducted, or those who may have abducted their child.

We also provide advice, information and support to parents who fear their child may be at risk of abduction and assist and advise in international contact cases and relocation cases.

In the following pages we cover some of the main topics parents call us to ask questions about. However, every situation is unique so please call the advice line for ongoing, impartial and confidential support tailored to your specific situation.

Our advice line team can be reached on +44 (0)116 255 6234, and we are open from 9:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday. If you have an emergency situation outside of these times please call the advice line and you will be directed to our out-of-hours emergency service.

We are only able to provide advice over the telephone and cannot provide advice or information by email. If you reach out to us by email or through any of our social media platforms please make sure you provide us with a telephone number so that we can give you a call.
